Regenta Inn Embassy Ajmer

We arrived after a 21-hour journey and checked in late, after 2 a.m. The double occupancy rooms weren’t properly maintained, and we found cockroaches running around throughout the night. We told the front desk, but getting another room took nearly half a day. The rooms offered in the same category also had problems: one had a broken jet spray, another had melted ice in the mini fridge and water running across the floor, and there were more cockroaches. We decided to check out. Mr. Amit Jain confronted us and urged us to stay because leaving would affect the brand image. He upgraded us to a suite, and out of respect for his word, we gave the hotel another chance. But at checkout, we were billed the original room rate. We’d lost time dealing with the lack of facilities on day two, and our planned journey was badly affected. We left very disappointed, with no concession on the final bill. The property looks sparkling on booking sites, but the service is really poor. The walking passages on the room floors had littered garbage, and hygiene standards weren’t maintained. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

Rooms 105-106 at Hotel Embassy Regenta Inn were a poor experience for our double occupancy stay. The room smelled unpleasant, the toilet was in bad condition, and basic items such as soap and a shaving kit were missing. It didn’t meet expectations at all.

The service was good, and the staff were very good, but the stay itself was a letdown. My room was dirty and poorly kept, with lots of cockroaches inside. For the money, it wasn’t worth it. The hygiene needs serious attention.

The front desk manager was rude and disrespectful, and expired cold drinks were brought to our room. The rooms were dirty and unhygienic too. A very bad experience overall, and I’d recommend staying away from this hotel.
