The food was poorly prepared, not fresh, and had very little taste. A few dishes even seemed unhygienic and unsafe to eat. For what they charge, that quality is unacceptable. I expected much better, but it was a waste of time and money. I won't return or recommend this restaurant.

The rooms were tidy and clean, and the stay was good overall for budget-friendly lodging. I was there with my family for two nights, from 8th to 10th Feb. Highway work is underway right now, so getting around may be difficult.

We've been staying here for three years, but the rooms have been getting worse over time. The TVs have no active subscriptions, so there aren't proper channels or much to watch. Even slight movement makes the beds creak loudly, which makes sleeping uncomfortable. We pay over ₹1400 a night. Cleanliness on its own doesn't make up for the poor comfort and facilities at that rate. With limited services and amenities, this place feels worth only ₹700-₹800. Since we're paying a premium, we expect better quality and proper maintenance. Please address this.

Getting to nearby places was easy, and the staff were welcoming, quick, and ready to help. My room at Super Townhouse The Royal Retreat was clean, hygienic, and well furnished, making it a relaxing place to return to after a long day. I really enjoyed my stay and would gladly visit again. It could suit families, couples, business travellers, or anyone looking for comfort and good hospitality.

The service was fantastic, and the location couldn't have been better. I also had decent privacy in the room. The bathroom geyser was confusing to use, though, and the shower pressure was quite low. A stay with its ups and downs.
