Shardas Homestay

Everything was easy to reach from this place in the middle of the city. My family and I had a lovely stay in Ajmer. The rooms each have their own theme, and the place is clean, nicely done, and has an artistic feel. The staff looked after us well and were kind and very helpful. The owner was welcoming too. I’d recommend staying here when visiting Ajmer.

The location is really convenient, and the place is clean and hygienic. Breakfast was bread, omelet, butter, jam, and juice. The room was cozy and could work for a solo traveller or a family, though the bathroom was small and there’s no parking. It’s easier to order food through Zomato than to wander around looking for somewhere to eat. A good stay overall.

The rooms feel safe and homely, and they have AC. It’s 1500 for one room, with check-in at 11am and checkout at 11am. They don’t serve food, but do provide a good-quality breakfast for free. You can order online or go nearby to eat. There are two main dhabas, shivshakti and mahadev dhaba, and the food is good, though they charge 35rs even for a simple salad. Dr. Nidhi sharda owns the place and runs a skin care clinic downstairs, with about 6 to 8 rooms upstairs. The two management members, Mr. Shiv ji and ravi, were polite, humble, and behaved well.

All the main tourist spots in Ajmer are within walking distance. The rooms were really clean, and the owner and staff were friendly and hospitable. A great place to stay.
