This was my third stay at the Royal Melange. The property is simple, but the hospitality is what stands out. The staff were polite, attentive, and quick to help, always with a smile. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, and requests were handled promptly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and good value for money. Thanks to Pawanji, Jeevan, and their apt leader Pravind-ji for the caring service. I had a comfortable, hassle-free stay and would recommend it.

The hotel is decent and reasonably priced, right in the heart of ajmer, with major locations close by. Breakfast has good options compared with other 3 star hotels, and the staff are nice and humble. It also has a pure veg restaurant. A few problems: the washroom pot was still dirty after cleanup. They charge for water at breakfast, and the room gets only two half-litre bottles per day. Hot water was a struggle too, and I usually had to call someone to get it working before a bath.

Our family found the rates reasonable, and the buffet breakfast was fresh, had a fairly good spread, and came with fast service. The spacious rooms had big, clean washrooms and a vault. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff and service were good and courteous. It's in a good, less crowded location, with many Ajmer sights fairly close. A mall and PVR are also within walking distance. A nice boutique hotel and worth staying at with family.

The staff were courteous and helpful, which was the best part of my recent stay at Hotel Royal Melange. But a few basic things need attention. The WiFi didn't work despite repeated reminders, and the washroom door wouldn't close properly. The main room door also had trouble opening, which made me uncomfortable from a security point of view. The hotel has potential, and fixing these maintenance issues quickly would let the warm service shine.
