Ms. Harsimran made our day with her warm smile and attentive service, and the whole meal was a delight. The dishes were well prepared and delicious, with service to match. A wonderful dining experience. Looking forward to coming back soon.

Parminder made sure everyone was comfortable and well looked after during meals, and his attentive service really stood out. The staff were warm, courteous, and well mannered. Their genuine smiles made us feel welcome. The property is well maintained, and I especially appreciated the small gym, which worked perfectly for my fitness routine. A lovely stay I’d recommend.

As a woman traveling alone, I felt completely safe, comfortable, and well cared for, which matters a lot. Arti and Pankaj at reception were always smiling, helpful, and welcoming, and the rest of the staff were courteous and supportive too. The room was clean, the facilities were good, and I enjoyed the food. The only downside was that the rooms are on the small side. A very pleasant stay at Lemon Tree Hotel, Ludhiana. I’d recommend it and would happily return.

The rooms were on the small to medium side, but clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and courteous, and helped us with all our different requirements. Thanks to Mr. Mayank Tuli for accommodating the bookings, and to Parminder and Sandeep for looking after us in the restaurant. The hotel is being organized nicely.
