My stay was very bad, and I wouldn’t recommend the place. I didn’t get a clean blanket or even a water bottle, and had to bring water in from outside. When I called to order tea, they couldn’t send it. I also asked for washroom slippers, but nobody brought them.

The rooms were tidy and good, and the staff were helpful. Service was good too.

The rooms are too small, and there were no toiletries. Even towels required a call to reception, and then took a while to arrive. The ground staff were okay, but the manager came across as creepy. When checkout was delayed just a little, he tried to charge me half the room rent as a penalty. I feel the other reviews may not be from guests, because my experience was the complete opposite of what they describe.

The in-room AC wasn’t working properly. I also wouldn’t order food from the hotel kitchen: I didn’t think the quality was good, and I noticed food seemed to come from street vendors and be sent to guests as if it had been made in the hotel kitchen.

There’s a wide selection on the in-hotel menu, and the bathrooms and rooms are well maintained. The staff were great, and the place is easy to reach near the bus stand. I’d feel comfortable staying here.
