I stayed at your Akola property from 26 November to 27 November and was really disappointed with the service. Breakfast didn’t have basic options like fruit, dosa, idli, or even bread and jam. When I mentioned this to the receptionist at checkout and suggested improving things, he acted as if he hadn’t heard me. Please ask your staff to be polite with customers. This kind of service could hurt your business.

We arrived in Akola around midnight for a business trip and had no idea where to stay. We spotted this hotel on Google Maps, thought it looked decent, and booked. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff welcomed us. We’d expected to leave the next morning, but our plans changed and the hotel let us keep the room through the day without any hassle, even though we were leaving at night. That flexibility was a big help. Breakfast was tasty and filling, and the service was excellent. We had a comfortable stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Akola.

The owner treated us well, but the receptionist was rude and seemed uninterested in helping guests. Because of that, we left both rooms and moved to the nearby hotel 'JASNAGRA'. If the hotel keeps the same receptionist, it may lose guests. They should hire someone who can deal with people properly. We’re paying for our stay, not asking to be here for free.

Service was surprisingly better than the rooms, and that was the one good part. The room itself was just okay, but the bathroom was in really bad shape. The hand shower by the WC didn’t work, and the mug wasn’t clean. I hope they bring the bathrooms up to at least the level of their service.
