Mr.Nyar made us feel like part of his family, and the homestay was cosy, clean, and close to the backwaters. It has a well-kept garden, parking, and a hanging double seat on the varanda. Breakfast was complimentary. If you're after budget accommodation with good tour guidance, I'd recommend it.

The owner was friendly and helpful, and our 5-day family stay in Dec 2017 was pleasant and memorable. The homestay was tidy and hygienic, including the washrooms, with a calm, homely atmosphere. It's in the heart of the city and convenient for going out: 5 to 6 kms from pallathuruthy house boat center, about 2.5 kms from kalrkode Jun., and 3 to 4km from the KSRTC busstand and Railway station.

We had a wonderful family stay. The rooms and restroom facilities were very hygienic, and the homestay's location made it convenient to go sightseeing and enjoy other activities around the city.

I came from Delhi to spend some days in Kerala, and the owner's hospitality and care made the visit feel like a home away from home. A very nice place to stay.
