We got only 3 hours of sleep. They woke us early at 6:00 o'clock in the morning after changing our house boat at 3:00 o'clock at night. The replacement room was very bad, with dirty mattresses, a messy and small room, and a washroom in very bad condition. The staff weren’t cooperative and told us to compromise with the situation. The AC wasn’t switched on all day or at night, and my family and I suffered from suffocation. When we complained, staff ignored us. Only after we spoke strictly did they move us to another boat in the middle of the night. When we told the manager everything while leaving and asked for a waiver, he refused. The staff were uncooperative throughout. The worst experience of my life 😡😡🤬🤬🤬
