The staff were hard to deal with, unprofessional and slow to respond, and there was little basic hospitality. The room was just as disappointing: stained sheets, a bad smell, and furniture that was broken and clearly neglected. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you want somewhere clean and comfortable. It wasn’t worth the price.
Hotel RJ inn is in a very good location, and the food is nice.
The only plus was the extra cot alongside the king-size bed. The room itself smelled awful, the bed was filthy, and the place clearly wasn’t maintained. The walls were damaged, there was no toilet kit, and I felt very uncomfortable during my stay. I wouldn’t go to this property.
Good prices for the rooms and an excellent location. One of the best hotels in ooty.
A budget hotel in ooty, in a nice location. The hotel is good, and the food is important to provide.
