The room was just as described, clean, and comfortable. I liked the flexible cancellation policy and the reminders before my trip. Communication with the host or hotel was excellent, and check-in was a breeze.

Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the location was ideal, close to shops and restaurants. My room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I had a wonderful stay.

This old building is in a congested area where parking vehicles is difficult. Water wasn’t available and the geyser wasn’t working. I complained, but nothing was done. The rooms and washrooms were unclean, and nobody picked up the trash.

The stay was good, no complaints. It’s newly built, so it was very clean, and the staff were helpful and informative. The road is inclined, so walking up it might take some hiking skills, lol. We had the buffet breakfast there for 150 per person. The idly, sambhar, and upma tasted fresh and good, but the tea and coffee weren’t good and the bread wasn’t fresh.
