The village boat ride was one of the best parts, taking us through quiet narrow canals and nearby village life. It was calm and enjoyable. Our room and the hall were clean and looked after well. At Kera Houseboats on Kera Chithira, we stayed for a day and found everything comfortable and smoothly managed. We were greeted warmly and had welcome drinks, lunch, tea and snacks in the evening, dinner, and breakfast the next morning. The fresh, tasty food felt homemade, and the portions were generous. The staff were friendly and supportive throughout. A peaceful, pleasant stay, and I’d recommend Kera Houseboats to anyone visiting Alleppey.

The quiet one-hour village ride through narrow canals and village areas was beautiful, and the room and common hall were neat and well maintained. We stayed for a day on Kera Chithira at Kera Houseboats, and the staff were polite and helpful, checking that we were comfortable. Meals came throughout the stay: lunch, evening tea with snacks, dinner, then a hearty breakfast the next morning. There was plenty of food, and it tasted homemade. We were also welcomed with a refreshing drink. It made for a pleasant, memorable houseboat stay in Alleppey.

The nature is so picturesque, and the food they serve is delicious. The c staff are friendly too. A must-do experience in Kerala for a relaxed vacation.

A very relaxing stay on a neat, clean boat with lots of amenities. The staff were polite and understanding, and the experience was memorable. A really nice houseboat, one of the best.
