We waited hours past the stated time for food we'd ordered earlier, despite asking multiple times. After eating it, I got food poisoning. The AC also didn't work properly. The private pool was filthy with moss, wasn't cleaned properly, and didn't feel very private. Bathroom accessories were dirty, as if they hadn't been cleaned in ages, though the room itself was clean enough. The reception, exterior, welcome area, roofs, and ceilings were poorly maintained and dusty. The photos on the site seem to be from when the property first opened, and its current condition is pitiful. Overall, this was the worst stay I've had, and I wouldn't recommend the resort.

There was no restaurant on site, so we had to order food from outside and the wait could be long. At night, opening the room door let lots of small insects in, which was inconvenient. Aside from those issues, the location was nice, the rooms were good, and the stay was decent and comfortable.

It was calm and peaceful, with easy access to boating. The staff were very well behaved, and the administration was kind and polite. The food was reasonably good and had several options. I came for one day and ended up staying 3. Definitely worth it. Thank you Lakeway Resorts.

The lake view was the highlight for me, and the whole resort felt peaceful, with lovely natural surroundings. My room was clean, comfortable, and nicely arranged, and the property was well cared for. Everyone on staff was polite and happy to help. I had a really enjoyable stay and would recommend it for time with family or friends. A five-star experience.

The swimming pool and kids’ play area make this a handy choice for families, and the property is generally well kept. Our room could use a little maintenance. What stood out most was the staff: they were genuinely supportive and even arranged a Shikara ride at a reasonable price. Their help made our stay much better. I’d recommend the place.
