OYO 13315 Kottaram Beachway Resort

We had a wonderful stay, and the afternoon refreshments were a real pleasure. The room staff and gate security were very kind, and everyone showed such professionalism and courtesy. One of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in. Congratulations, your staff have a lot to be proud of.

The adjacent restaurant serves excellent food and can prepare it to suit your tastes. Breakfast starts at 07.30. The owners are exceptionally friendly, and the rooms are large and clean, with fans and A/C. I highly recommend this hotel.

The caretaker didn’t seem very professional, and the rooms are so close to the main road that you can hear vehicles as well as pedestrians walking and talking. I felt like I was sleeping on a footpath, and couldn’t sleep at night. There were insects in the unclean rooms, the bathroom tap had no lever, and the AC made noise, though we put those issues aside. The photos are a scam, in my view. I don’t understand why this place has so many good reviews. If you’re thinking of booking, don’t. There are better choices, believe me.

It’s not a typical high-end resort, but the rooms are pretty good and there’s lots of greenery and open space. The owner and staff are very good, always ready to help with a smile, and there’s a very good restaurant too.
