We were happy at first, but things changed at the end of the day when management came asking for money over a dining table glass that was already broken. They hadn’t replaced the old broken glass, yet wanted an extra 4500 as a fine. There were no life jackets. The boat house staff were okay, but a few people from management showed up later asking for money.

The food was amazing and the staff were polite, but the stay itself was a real disappointment. The boat wasn’t ideal for couples, and the honeymoon surprise was poorly prepared. Our room and bathroom were dirty, there was a strange smell the whole time, and mosquitoes filled the room.

The food is the one thing I want to remember. What they advertise isn’t necessarily what you get, and the pictures aren’t real. Don’t count on Oyo captain Praveen either, he may switch off his phone and leave you in a terrible situation.
