For my daughter’s birthday on 5 Sep 25, I booked a party hall at hotel jM vistara Bareilly. The food was tasteless, and when I raised it with the manager, they just made excuses. The DJ charge was 1500, supposedly for someone to play music with beats, but a waiter serving food just played songs from a phone. The bigger problem was privacy. In the middle of our party, around 20 people came into the hall for another event that the manager had booked without telling me. I complained, but nothing was done, and we eventually left. It spoiled my daughter’s birthday, and I felt they did it just to earn more money. I wouldn’t recommend booking a party here. They fooled us about both the hall and the DJ.

We booked a room for three, but left without staying because the boy at the reception was so arrogant. My group felt negative and disappointed, so we had to leave. The staff were arrogant too. Better to look for another place.

The room wasn’t clean, and when I complained, I was told, “This is what there is.” The staff seemed far too casual about the service. I’d never book this hotel again.

The food was amazing, and the room was roomy and comfortable. I also appreciated the complimentary water, and the room had an electric kettle and hair dryer. There was no refrigerator, though. I stayed for one night and found the room service good, but it could have been better. The bathroom had no exhaust fan and smelled really bad. Many rooms were still under construction, which made the place feel unfinished and was a concern. My scores: food 5/5, room 4/5, amenities 3.5/5, room service 3.5/5, maintenance 2.5/5. I’d recommend it with reservations. The construction and missing refrigerator and bathroom fan need attention.
