SPOT ON 76580 Bobby House

The pillows were extremely dirty, even though they had clean covers on them. The staff eventually changed them. Aside from that, the staff were cooperative and helpful throughout. Whenever we raised an issue, they listened carefully and honestly tried to sort it out themselves. I had no complaints about their service.

Water was dripping from the ceiling onto the floor and bed, leaving everything slippery, and there were mosquitoes all over the room. It also smelled musty as soon as I walked in. When I complained, the front desk showed no real concern. They only changed the bedsheet, with no room change or refund offered. My stay was awful. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

We booked two quadruple rooms, and both smelled awful. The rooms were filthy, the washroom drains were clogged, the place was littered, and even basic amenities were missing. The staff were incredibly rude, too. Most of the reviews look fake. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever visited. Avoid it at all costs.

I spent four nights at Bobby House. The stay was comfortable, and I was satisfied with the service from the hotel staff. It was a pleasant stay.
