Suchitra made arranging our stay on the 7-bedroom houseboat easy and reassuring. She was professional, quick to respond, clear, and warm throughout the booking. Once aboard, the courteous crew went out of their way to look after us and made us feel at home on the water. Captain Rajesh kept the ride smooth and safe, and his friendly manner helped our whole family feel at ease. Chef Prasanna and Chef Saji made fresh, delicious, homely meals that everyone enjoyed. The peaceful, comfortable trip aboard Pournami Boathouse gave us a lovely chance to relax together as a family. We had a memorable time and would happily recommend it.

We took a day cruise, and the spacious houseboat, stunning scenery, and relaxing time with family made it feel like a once-in-a-lifetime outing. The chef was amazing, with literally the best food, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They speak English and Hindi. The rooms were clean and had enough space. There's plenty of parking if you're arriving in a private vehicle, though it's pay and park. We booked through Casa marari resorts. Casa is the best place to stay in Alleppey, better than the usual hotels or any five-star hotel. I'd give pournim boats and Casa Marari as many stars as possible. It's a must-try, and an experience I promise you won't forget.

The food was great, everything was very clean, and the staff were so friendly. We had an excellent stay. I also recommend taking the smaller-boat tour through the narrower canals.
