The rooms are simple, with basic facilities, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. What I liked most about Pozhiyoram Beach Resort was how close it is to the shore. You can walk over easily for a morning stroll, watch the sunset, or just sit by the Arabian Sea. Coconut trees and greenery around the property add to the quiet feel, and the sea breeze and sound of the waves make it a calm break from city life. A peaceful spot in Alappuzha for a laid-back stay near nature. 🌊🌴

The resort itself felt quite average, and parts of it need better upkeep. Still, the setting is beautiful, with lovely sea views, the sound of the waves, and peaceful surroundings that make it easy to relax. With some proper maintenance and improvements, it could become an excellent getaway.

The staff are sooo caring and polite, and the peace of mind here feels really healing. If you're a tourist, you must come visit. Totally worth it, and a must-stay place.

We paid ₹3000 per room, and the stay wasn't worth that amount. The rooms were dirty, there was no coffee or tea in the morning, and the caretaker, Anil, denied us those basics. Service was extremely poor, with no response from management. Getting food organized was another problem. It wasn't served on time, even for kids and families. The caretaker came across as unprofessional and lacking hotel management experience, and guests weren't treated with much respect or courtesy. The staff's attitude fell far below what I'd expect from hospitality. I wouldn't recommend this poorly managed resort to families or anyone expecting quality service and a welcoming environment.
