The bathroom itself was good, but it hadn’t been cleaned, and the room and bedsheets weren’t neat either. The food was also no good: half-cooked idiyappam and potato curry weren’t worth ₹100, so I’d eat at another hotel. The infrastructure looked good, but the package wasn’t a good deal for us.

The price was good for the facilities, and breakfast was included. The bathroom could use a little more space compared with other OYO rooms. The floors had been cleaned when we arrived, perhaps because the booking was sudden, but they stayed sticky until checkout.

Check-in and checkout were easy, and it’s right on the main road with enough parking. The bathroom was neat and had hot water. But the room felt damp and average, and a broken window helped explain the mosquitoes that showed up in the middle of the night. The linen wasn’t properly clean: there were short and long hairs on the bed. The white shower towel was so old it had turned yellow, and the red pillow smelled unpleasant, had no cover, and clearly hadn’t been washed.

The interior looked good, and the outside view was lovely, but the windows in our rooms were set so high that an average-height person could hardly reach them. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut properly, possibly because of a hinge issue, and we had trouble getting the room keys at check-in for no clear reason. Maybe the rooms weren’t ready. There were no hangers for used clothes, which was odd. I’d only consider staying for 1-2 nights. For longer, I wouldn’t spend the money.
