The Residency Tower

I spent six days at Hotel Residency Tower and had a wonderful stay. The location worked well for both business and relaxing. My Delux Room matched the listing, with a modern look, spotless condition, impressive attention to detail, and a very comfortable bed. Complimentary bottled water and quality toiletries were good too. The staff really stood out. From the concierge to housekeeping, everyone was professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful, while the front desk handled check-in and checkout quickly. The Complimentary Breakfast Buffet had a good mix of tasty local and continental choices, and the food quality stayed high. I'd recommend Hotel Residency Tower for a short visit or a longer stay, and look forward to returning.

I attended a function in a hall on the second floor at The Residency Tower in Thiruvananthapuram. The hall was very good, and the food was nice, especially the fish curry, so I had a good experience. The hotel is a 4-star luxury business hotel on M.G. Road, about 1 km from Trivandrum Central Railway Station and 12 km from Trivandrum International Airport.

There were four of us in the family, and we were given five rooms on the seventh floor. They were spacious, neat, and clean. Every staff member, especially the reception team, quickly took care of what we needed. An excellent stay.

We came back for another conference and again had a nice experience, with the same professional service. Our professional body regularly meets here. It's centrally located, with a conference hall big enough for 150 people, excellent food and a good selection of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Valet parking means we don't need to worry about parking. A well-rounded package.
