The staff handled a bathroom leak quickly and moved us to another room, upgrading us to a deluxe at no extra charge. They also let us use the common bathroom in the evening after we'd checked out that morning, which was a kind gesture. We spent three days here with family and found the stay pleasant overall. The hotel is in a convenient prime area, the rooms were clean and looked after, and the staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast had a good range of choices. The leak came from a broken pipeline that couldn't be fixed straight away, but they sorted out another room promptly. We were comfortable here, and I'd recommend it for families.

The food stayed delicious and varied throughout my 10 days here, and the staff were polite and made me feel welcome. My room was spotless, comfortable, and kept in good shape, while room service was prompt and professional each time. Management kept things running smoothly, too. I was completely satisfied and would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a comfortable, memorable stay.

Arun the chef has been looking after us for a long time, and he keeps doing more than we expect. The food is excellent, and he's a real asset to the hotel. The restaurant team is excellent too, and Rethin did a good job. We're looking forward to coming back soon.

The complimentary breakfast was a joke, and this place didn't feel family-friendly at all. My room was in terrible shape, with cockroaches in the bathroom, broken wall tiles, poor cleanliness and a malfunctioning air conditioner. The front office staff seemed untrained. It took one of them 15 minutes and they still couldn't find my online booking. Not recommended. There are premium properties in Trivandrum at this price.

Thanks to ruby arena for the lovely hospitality. The staff were humble and supportive, and the location was convenient, with famous places close by. I had a very pleasant stay and would encourage people to visit this hotel.
