The only thing I missed was a welcome drink after our long trip. We reached Hyatt Regency Trivandrum around 7 PM, and the courteous, professional staff welcomed us warmly. Our spacious, comfortable room was well maintained, and both breakfast and dinner had lots of tasty choices. Everything else, including the service, cleanliness, atmosphere, and hospitality, was excellent. I’d happily recommend Hyatt Regency Trivandrum for a comfortable stay.

The food at The Malabar Café was delicious and authentic, with an impressive choice of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. It was presented beautifully, and the service was attentive, professional, and friendly. The sophisticated, well-organized atmosphere made it a great place to dine. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a premium meal in Trivandrum.

The front desk manager gave me a fantastic welcome and sent a drink up to make sure I was comfortable. At breakfast, people kept checking in to see if I needed anything else, and the service was top class. The food was better than at the Taj Mahal in Mumbai, in my opinion, and I went to tell the chef myself. My room was spotless and felt brand new, with high-quality amenities. They made me feel more welcome than they did at the Taj Mahal in Mumbai. Wonderful stay.

My wife and I will remember our stay at Hyatt Regency Thiruvananthapuram. Malabar was a highlight: the food was exceptional, and Chef Karthik and Chef Bachu brought such a personal touch. Their love of food came through in the dishes, and they went out of their way to make the meal special. The property was beautiful and well maintained, with a relaxing feel that suited a getaway. From arrival on, the hospitality was warm, attentive, and thoughtful. Great service and amazing food made this a fantastic experience. I’d recommend it to anyone after a comfortable, premium stay in Trivandrum.

I spent a couple of nights here and found the stay very satisfactory. It’s a six-floor hotel with more of a family feel. My second-floor room had a poor view, but it was new and comfortable. The food was quite decent, and the staff were consistently polite and professional. They also have a good bake house with nice cakes. Good value for money, and I’d stay again.
