The location is the main plus, and the rooms are roomy. The staff were very cooperative and the service was good. Families who bring their own cooking utensils should find it a nice place to stay. I’d ask management to add a washing machine for guests staying more than 3-7 days.

A calm area and a comfortable stay, with well-kept rooms at a budget-friendly price in Tirupati. The staff treated us really well too.

The apartment itself is good, but the service needs to improve.

I had booked the entire two-bedroom flat for a family stay. At around 12:30 a.m., someone tried to unlock the main door, and when I questioned them, they said the owner wanted another bedroom in the same flat. We couldn't accept an unknown person coming in at that hour. After an argument, I had no choice but to leave with my family and small kids at 1 a.m. Please understand how difficult that was. I would never visit this hotel again.

For almost 3k, the three of us got one bedroom and an extra mattress. There were no toiletries, bottled water, or towels, and I had to go downstairs just to ask for soap. The bathroom taps and shower didn't work properly. The one decent thing was that the TV had a good internet connection.
