There were mosquitoes all over the bathroom, with a filthy toilet and dirty doormat. The bedsheet was torn, and when I insisted on a replacement, the staff brought another one with tears in different places. Nobody came to deal with the tap water issue after I complained. I mentioned everything to reception as I was leaving, and the man just nodded and said it would all be handled right away. A terrible place to stay.

We stayed one night in an AC room at Vishu bhavan. There was only one thin blanket, so I specifically asked the room boy for an extra one, but he didn't bother bringing it even after I asked. In the morning, as we were leaving, they came asking for top without giving proper room service. The rooms were okay, but the room boy's service was pathetic and he seemed not to care.

The room was full of cockroaches, the toilet was bad, and the TV didn't work. There were no room amenities, and it wasn't worth it. The service and experience were terrible. I don't recommend it.

Make sure to discuss everything before booking, or this could spoil your whole day. We paid the bill at 5:15 in the morning, but because the previous guests checked out late, they didn't give us a room until 5:55. From 5 a.m. onward, everything was a mess. Hot water was coming when we checked in, but by checkout they had intentionally not connected it to our room.

They took the full payment at check-in, then put us in the worst room available. It and the bathroom were dirty, the flush didn't work, there was no geyser, and the AC was working. No room service was provided at all, and they wouldn't listen to our complaint. They didn't provide basic things like soap, towels, or water either. I've traveled to many places, and this was my worst hotel experience so far. I don't recommend it.
