Getting there is awkward. The hotel is in a very odd spot, and the underpass means you can't make a U-turn, so Maps sends you on a long route. Auto rides cost more too. The non-AC room was in poor shape, with cockroaches on the chairs, a weird smell, and no ventilation. The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. They ask for a tip without providing service, and there aren't any good places to eat nearby.
The room itself was good, but the bathroom was cramped. Staff wouldn't leave the AC remote with guests: he set the temperature and took it away. In a different room, the AC didn't work properly, and the lift was out of order too. If you need a last-minute room, you could consider this hotel; otherwise, better options are available at this price.
The location was good, but the service was poor. Their restaurant wasn't operating, and when I ordered food online, they couldn't even provide spoons or bowls. The rooms looked clean at first, but both had tiny cockroaches. We returned from tirumala at night and found some crawling over the bed. The bathrooms, at least, were clean.
