We were a group of eight who went for lunch in August 2025, and left with a huge bill and no satisfaction. We asked for regular meals and Biryani, but the man serving us said regular meals weren't available, only combo meals costing around ₹350-400 each. A normal meal was about ₹150. The combos had different kinds of fish and meat, so we asked for four to share. He said sharing wasn't allowed and we had to order one for each person. We were very hungry and went along with it. The portions were far too heavy for one person. We ate what we could and asked to pack the rest to avoid wasting it. The server said there was no packing facility, and claimed there were CCTVs everywhere and staff would get in trouble if management caught them packing leftovers for customers. I still don't understand why regular meals weren't available when both options included rice, vegetables, and extra dishes. We were hungry enough to accept his nonsense without questioning it then. As we left, upset by the staff's behaviour, we spoke to the hotel manager. He asked us to take the leftovers and said they could pack them now, but we politely declined. I've never heard of a hotel refusing to let customers take leftovers away, and I highly recommend never visiting this place. Don't fool customers looking for a good restaurant experience with nonsense just to make more profit.
