We'd booked in advance, the property had accepted the booking, and we'd paid, but they still refused to let us check in at midnight. It was a terrible experience. I'd think twice before booking online: there's no trust in the reservation if you might be turned away because the property gets a better-paying offer elsewhere.
The customer service was really nice, and I liked the location, privacy, and hygiene too. A nice experience.
I booked online, but arrived a little late for the night check-in. Even though rooms were available, they wouldn't let us in, and around midnight I was out on the street with my wife, mother, and our six-month-old baby. After I complained, they finally gave us a room, but still demanded the full price and ignored the online payment. Pathetic. Don't book this hotel.
