Fabexpress Majestic Inn

My door lock kept jamming, so I had to ask someone to unlock it every time. The room and cupboards were dirty, and the rooms smelled really bad. There was no lift, toiletries, iron box, or plates. I cut my stay short at two nights instead of six and found a better hotel.

The room was small, the cupboards were dirty, and there were no toiletries or towels. There was no hot water either, and the location wasn’t good. We’d stayed at some fab hotels before, so we booked this expecting the same, but it was a total disappointment. We checked out a day early to move to a good hotel.

The location near Palayam junction made it easy to get around, and plenty of restaurants were nearby since the hotel had no food service. The staff were limited in number but behaved well. Parking was cramped, there was no lift, and the rooms were only average. They didn't provide even drinking water or other complimentary services. The AC remote was missing, so it kept running automatically, which was difficult for a family with children. The bathroom flush leaked, the windows were dusty, and the pillows and bed were dirty.

Really comfortable room, and the food was good too. Had a great experience.
