Boban Residency

The room was awful and way overpriced for its condition. The TV remote didn't work, the toilet lock was broken, and rubbish had collected above the toilet ventilation. The toilet was grimy and smelly, the walls were stained, and the sheets didn't look properly cleaned. We even found an empty liquor bottle under the teepoy. The manager was rude, too. This was a very bad stay, and I wouldn't choose this place for a comfortable stay. He seemed to know nothing about hospitality or politeness.

The owner's response to our complaints was the worst part. We explained the hygiene and facility problems, but he was arrogant and showed no regret or concern about our experience. Staff service was bad as well, with unprofessional behaviour and difficulty getting anyone's attention. The room was visibly dirty and neglected, and there was a cockroach. The wash basin was broken and unusable, and the toilet had no hand spray. There was no drinking water in the room when we arrived. Between the poor cleanliness, unusable facilities, missing basic supplies, and lack of proper care, this stay was unacceptable. I'd strongly advise future travelers to look elsewhere.

The room walls were damp, and there were rats and mosquitoes everywhere. The manager was very rude and seemed to know nothing about hospitality, politeness, or professionalism. This was the worst hotel I've stayed in, with third-rate service. I'd tell people not to consider booking it in trivandrum. Worse than third class.

The room was filthy: sticky floors, no towel, spider webs everywhere, and a water jug so dirty it looked like it hadn't been washed in at least a month. The bathroom was nasty, and even the mirror hadn't been wiped. We left after an hour. It felt like throwing 4000rs in the trash. The room and service were useless, and I'd tell people to stay away from this clumsy, dirty place. Getting ready there was like using a railway station. We had six people and only needed one room for an hour to freshen up, but they refused, even when we offered to pay the 24-hour rate. We were in a hurry and had no choice, so we paid for the room, even though they charged 2400rs for a single room and only let us use it for an hour. I'd give zero stars if I could.
