At Yam Hotel, Trivandrum, the staff brought warm, attentive hospitality and real professionalism. Room service was prompt and smooth, and the food was flavorful, refined, and thoughtfully presented. The well-maintained rooms made for a comfortable, elegant stay. A relaxing experience, highly recommended for a premium stay.

The room smelled awful, and the sheets smelled bad too. Towels were unclean, there were no toiletries, and when I complained about the room odor, they only sprayed floor cleaner, which made things even more uncomfortable. I also had to wait an hour for my room after arriving at 8.30pm, until 9.30pm. Another family was at reception waiting almost an hour as well. When I ordered dinner, the waiter brought it and asked for a tip. I'd booked breakfast with the room, but all they gave me was a bread omelet. The worst experience. Please don't choose this under any circumstances. My rating is negative.

The friendly, supportive staff made the stay easy and comfortable, with room service that was quick and efficient. The rooms were neat, cozy, and well cared for, and the food was very good. Wonderful experience at Yam Hotel, Trivandrum. Highly recommended!
