The AC cooled properly, and for the low price the place may be okay for a short stay. Still, cleanliness was poor, the toilet exhaust fan didn't work, and there was no proper staff. The owners seem not to care about the property, which needs maintenance.
At 10:30 pm I arrived for my Oyo booking and was told they were full, so they denied me check-in. There wasn't even a reception desk. I called the number stitched onto the wall and got the same response. Worst service I've experienced.
I reached the hotel for my booking and found nobody there. The manager's phone was switched off, and no one answered the number on the help desk. Pathetic service from Oyo and its vendor, feels like C grade service.
There's no reception, and finding the place at night was extremely confusing. I booked through MakeMyTrip and had already paid online, but staff blocked my room and demanded another ₹500 in cash. They waited outside the room insisting I pay to sort out the booking. Their rude, unprofessional behavior showed no concern for guests. It felt more like dealing with scammers than hotel staff. Avoid it.
Not clean, and the walls in the rooms are cracked. The staff weren't friendly. It seems meant only for couples, not families. Very bad.
