Treebo Classic Highway Side

I’d already paid for three days on my last visit, but at checkout the receptionist asked for another Rs 1200 without explaining why. I argued and ended up giving Rs 200. On both of my stays, I booked five days and was put in rooms 305 and 306, which seemed to be given to Tamil guests. Both rooms were in very poor shape, and the door lock handles were broken or missing. Water, bed sheets, and regular cleaning weren’t provided either. Please treat guests from nearby states fairly too. I saw North Indian families being treated with respect, and we’re paying customers as well. The receptionist also needs to speak to people more respectfully. Please sort these problems out.

I liked the place. Rooms were clean, the staff were good, and there’s parking. Swiggy and Zomato are available too. All the facilities were really good. 🙌

I stayed for one night and left my shirt behind when we checked out the next day. They found it but never let us know, and apparently threw it away instead. It was a very expensive shirt. When we called, they gave us lame excuses. I’m really disappointed with the service.

The modern décor and easy check-in and checkout make this a convenient budget stay. The hotel is close to the highway and major institutions in Thiruvananthapuram, and the rooms are clean and well furnished. Guests also mention comfortable beds, strong WiFi, friendly service, and complimentary breakfast. There’s no pool and it lacks some luxury amenities, but it’s a sensible city option for the price.
