Fabhotel Elite Inn

I wouldn't recommend staying here for the price. The room was dusty and felt like it hadn't been prepared for guests in ages, and the receptionist didn't seem interested in welcoming us. I had paid online in advance, but the hotel wouldn't accept that payment. With no other option, we paid the full amount at reception. We're now trying to get the advance refunded.

The bathroom was smelly, and its walls were in such bad shape that sitting on the toilet and facing them was unpleasant. Lipstick and oil stains were on the sheets, and the floor mat was just a filthy towel. I didn't feel confident that my belongings would be safe, so after checking in at 8am, I decided to leave at 11am rather than stay the night. Even so, they charged me the full night's rate, on top of the 432 advance I'd paid. This property has nothing in common with Fab hotels in general. It was a pathetic stay, don't book here.

The owner or manager was arrogant and uncooperative, and even behaved badly toward members of our group. They charged extra for bottled water and wouldn't let us use the AC despite charging 2500 per room. Hot water was limited and unavailable in the mornings. There were no toilet kits or towels, the rooms were filthy with spider webs, and the stained sheets and bathrooms covered in dust and hair were awful. Nothing was good, and the basic facilities they listed weren't provided. We booked through FabIndia, which should reconsider listing the hotel. Similar complaints have been around for a long time, with no visible improvement. I can't recommend it.

Parking wasn't available, and the rooms and washrooms were untidy. The rooms were small, dusty, and not cleaned properly. They didn't clean the rooms every day or even empty the bins. The executives were very rude when we raised issues, and the hotel refused to provide hot water.
