The receptionist was so rude, shouting at us and showing no manners or customer service. It felt completely unprofessional and disrespectful. This was one of my worst experiences, and I wouldn't recommend the place or return.

I left without staying because the room felt uncomfortable as soon as I saw it. It was tiny and unclean, with broken cabinets, a dirty kettle, and unclean towels. The AC didn't work properly. There was no mirror in the room apart from a small one in the bathroom, which was only average and had no hot water. I wouldn't recommend it for women.

We were handing over our aadhaar cards, so I don't get why the staff made unnecessary comments about us wearing helmets in reception. They were extremely rude. The rooms are small, dingy and moldy, and expensive for what they are. One star, and I'm never going back.

The AC didn't work during our one-night stay, the sheets hadn't been changed, and there were insects on the bed. The water was brown and had a nasty, pungent smell. A very bad room experience.

I booked through the OYO app at 1100rs per night, but on arrival they wanted 1700 per night. The room wasn't worth that, so I chose to cancel. The manager and owner still forced me to pay 1700, saying I couldn't leave otherwise. The room was filthy, with spiders and other living creatures all over it. When I questioned them, they acted like local gundas. Really disappointing, so be careful before booking this lodge.
