The location worked well, and the facilities were kept in good shape. My room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the service was good. I had a great stay and would come back.

I had a very disappointing stay. Hot water kept being unavailable when it was supposed to be on, and the service was extremely poor. I left my key at reception for room cleaning in the morning, but hours later the room still hadn't been cleaned. The reception phone was always busy, and nobody answered. Management needs to improve both service and responsiveness. It wasn't a pleasant stay.

We stayed in the classic wing as part of a wedding group booking, and it was the worst place to stay. There wasn't proper parking, and the rooms were awful: only small warm-white lights, plus stinky bathrooms with no proper ventilation.
