Super Hotel O Technopark formerly Le Frank

After planning my trip and paying in full four weeks ahead, I arrived to hear from the front desk that there were no rooms left. It seemed like they take every online booking without keeping track of capacity, then give rooms to whoever turns up first. They didn't even tell me beforehand that the hotel was full. The front desk executive had no idea what to do and offered no help. The staff were unprofessional and unhelpful throughout. It cost me time, money, and energy. The booking system and management were the worst I've come across, and this was a complete waste of my time and money.

I stayed four days, and it really wasn't worth it for a longer visit. The TV didn't work, and when I tried to complain, the caretaker said OYO support told me to go to a star hotel. This feels like a place for a few hours, maybe 3-4, but I wouldn't recommend it for a long stay. Go in with no expectations.

No cleanliness and poor management. I don't know how this hotel got a good Google rating. I wouldn't recommend it. Very bad hotel.

Only the washroom was satisfactory. There was just one towel for two people, and the room felt damp and smelled damp too. The floors were sticky. When I mentioned that, I was told they had only 50% of the staff because of the festival holiday. I stayed one night after choosing the hotel for its high ratings. The pillow smelled as if it hadn't been washed in a long time. They changed its cover, which helped only a little.
