The fan rattled so loudly that sleeping peacefully was impossible. The rooms were extremely dirty, the pillows smelled bad, and the toilets were unhygienic. For what they charge, the stay wasn't worth it at all. I'd strongly advise against staying here. Nothing about this place was good.

They don't provide blankets, which are important for the night, and there's no protection from mosquitoes. The rooms weren't fully clean, and the TV was no use even though one was in the room. The rooms seem overpriced, and the service doesn't match the cost. I wouldn't call them very good, but they were fairly okay.

The staff were nice, and the place was neat and clean. It also has 24-hour check-in and check-out, and is near sree padmanabhaswamy temple.

We planned to stay for two weeks, but left the room on the second morning. The TV was there but wasn't connected, and a rat made noise in the room the next morning. It was a very bad experience. Please don't choose this place.

We booked an AC room, but the AC never worked, even after we asked them several times to look at it. They did fix the broken bathroom lock, though. We came to visit sree padmanabhaswamy temple, and walking there felt too far; an auto rickshaw driver dropped us off. We still had to pay the AC room price despite the AC not working. As newcomers to trivandrum, this was a really bad experience. Don't trust them with your booking.
