The team at Vivanta Trivandrum made our five-day stay memorable, and we'd happily stay again. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, the food had lots of delicious choices, and service was outstanding. Mr. Sudheer, the Assistant Manager, deserves a special mention. He was courteous, quick to help, and attentive to details, making sure everything was arranged just right for us. From our arrival through checkout, the staff handled everything with warmth and professionalism. We highly recommend the hotel.

The main issue was that our two rooms, despite being booked together, weren't next to each other and weren't even very close. I hope the hotel management addresses this in the future. The food and service were quite good, though, and we had a nice stay.

We spent a week at Vivanta Thiruvananthapuram and felt safe and comfortable the whole time. The property was clean and well maintained, and the staff were consistently polite and helpful. We also really enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning. With major attractions nearby and the hotel centrally located, getting around was easy. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

For a longer stay, this hotel is a good option. It's well located, and the staff are hospitable. This review is specifically about the Kitchen at Taj, Vivanta Trivandrum, where there was a tempting range of salads and dishes from different cuisines. We ended up trying them all. The breakfast room was the one drawback. It's small for the number of guests, and at busy times the tables feel very close together and the hall gets loud. Still, I had a very comfortable two-night stay at Vivanta Thiruvananthapuram last week. The hotel is right in the city center, making major places convenient to reach. Staff were warm, polite, and helpful, and my room was spacious, neat, and equipped with modern facilities. I'd recommend staying here and would gladly come back.
