The rooms were clean when we got them, but nobody cleaned during our three-day stay. I had to ask for a towel change, and no one came to do it before checkout. The bed smelled bad, too. Please don't send your clothes to be washed here. I gave them four items to wash and dry, and they came back smelly and wet. Nobody at reception or among the staff even apologized. When I went to the desk, no one paid attention to me, so I eventually sent the clothes to my friend's house. He is family of Hibi Eden, and I told him about the hotel staff's attitude. The staff were really unpleasant, especially the woman who ignored me at the counter. This place isn't suitable for foreigners given how the staff behave. Would I come back? Absolutely not.

The location made getting around Trivandrum easy, close to Thampanoor Railway Station, Bus Station, and Padmanabha Swamy Temple. Swades My Home also had spacious, clean, well-kept rooms, a homely feel, friendly staff, and kitchen facilities. I enjoyed the local food, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice extra. The team was attentive and courteous from check-in through checkout, handling requests promptly and giving personal attention. It made the whole stay smooth and comfortable. Renju was one of the best staff members, so sweet and friendly. He makes every guest smile. The service was very clean, and all the staff were super friendly. I was really happy staying at swadesh my home and will definitely tell people about this homestay.

The rooms are quite large and can easily fit four people. Having two washrooms in each room is a real help when everyone is getting ready. The location is convenient, about 3 km from Padmanabhan Swamy temple. The food was below average, though, and needs plenty of improvement.

Staff Renjith made my stay more comfortable with his friendly, professional manner. He was polite, attentive, and ready to help with a smile, which made the experience memorable. I had a wonderful time at the hotel and genuinely recommend it.
