For Rs.1900 a night, I expected better. I booked through the OYO help center and paid Rs.900 online, the 25% advance they asked for to confirm it. But at check-in they required the full amount for all three nights, which I paid that day. I'm used to paying after checkout. They also wouldn't let me check out around 3pm, even when I offered extra, and insisted on noon at the latest, though their usual time is 11am. The owner showed zero customer service. At check-in I got a key, one towel, and a small hamam soap. There was no room service, cafe, or restaurant, and no bar or restaurant nearby either. Swiggy is available 24 hours. This place isn't good for families or temple visitors. There are plenty of Trivandrum hotels with better roads and amenities for Rs.1900, and I was disappointed after booking based on what I saw online. Think twice before booking. The road to the hotel was in terrible condition, and auto and car drivers seemed reluctant to come there. The road work had apparently been going on for two to three years. I took the attached photos with my phone on 16 Feb 2026. Trivandrum liquor shops are open until 9pm, so you can buy your favourite drink at the normal price.
