The staff's rude, unprofessional behavior made an already bad situation worse. They showed no empathy or accountability and did nothing to sort things out properly. With a cricket match bringing high demand that day, I felt the stated “water issue” wasn't the real reason they turned me away, especially since rooms seemed to be going to other guests at higher rates. I had a confirmed reservation, yet was refused a room when I arrived. They also failed to arrange proper alternative accommodation. The address they gave me for another hotel was wrong, so I had to find my own taxi, spend an extra ₹500, and struggle to locate the place. The whole experience caused stress, financial loss, and serious inconvenience. 🙏

Everything was neat and clean, inside the room and outside as well. The staff were friendly, too. I had a very good stay, and it's close to the technopark. Highly recommended.

The atmosphere felt better while I was staying there. What stood out was the customer support and the positive attitude toward customers.

For my one-night stay, the room was decent and the surroundings felt pleasant. Being near Technopark was handy, and the friendly, attentive staff helped make things comfortable.

I had booked through OYO for a late check-in. At first the manager was nowhere around; then a guest said he was asleep in another room. We tried to wake him, but he refused to check us in and went back to sleep. Pathetic.
