Capital O 68343 Platinum Inn

The bathroom door had no lock, and there was no drinking water in the room, so you had to buy it at reception. The phone connection was damaged, the AC didn't work properly, and there was no provision for hot water. Worst experience.

The rooms are average and there isn't warm water or room service. If you only need a place to stay, it may be fine, but I'd look elsewhere for service. They took an hour to bring the complimentary breakfast, which was a poor quality local dosa-like item wrapped in newspaper, apparently brought from a roadside vendor.

It's conveniently near the bypass and seems suitable for a short stay. I was there for two nights. Parking is very limited, with room for only two small cars in front. Families arriving in their own vehicle may need to leave it near the service road, so I wouldn't recommend it for them.

There isn't much car parking, and the staff weren't especially welcoming, though they weren't too bad either. My app booking for one room for two adults cost 922, which seemed reasonable. I don't know the direct check-in rate, but from other reviews I understood it may be higher. Rooms were clean and well maintained.
