A practical, comfortable place for a family, with the central bus and train stations close by. The rooms were very good, and it was good value for money. It's near Central railway station.

We paid for the room and service, but the treatment we got from the female receptionist was pathetic and completely unprofessional. The rooms themselves were good and well maintained. We stayed on the 12th and 13th, and I asked to book a non-AC room. At first she said none were available. I showed her that the site listed them, and she changed her answer: “Yes, we have it, but we will remove everything from the room and give it to you.” She said it with a lot of attitude. When I asked for coffee sachets or other basic help, she just gestured 🤷‍♂️ and said, “It’s non-AC, sir, you won’t get.” That service was awful. I pay for the stay and service, not for your attitude. If zero stars for service were possible, that's what I'd give.

Parking is far too limited, and getting a car out when it's parked in front of the building is very difficult. The location is poor and the service is among the worst. I absolutely would not recommend this place. If you're planning to meet relatives or clients, find somewhere better. 😬

I came with my family and we were treated disrespectfully. The online booking was a bad experience too, and I felt we were cheated. Poor service all around. Families, please don't go there.
