My mother and I stayed here two days ago, and it was a really unpleasant visit. We had called from Ernakulam before arriving to ask about the rent. A staff member gave us the room charges but never mentioned an advance. At check-in, Ms. Kavitha demanded ₹3,000 upfront. When my mother politely asked why that hadn't been said on the phone, Ms. Kavitha raised her voice and spoke rudely, as if she owned the place. The rest of the staff also seemed unfriendly and poor at dealing with customers. The room was in bad shape too. The bathroom had no ventilator, its door was hard to open, and it wasn't clean. The sheets looked used, and dirty blankets were on the floor. It all felt poorly maintained. Food cost too much for the service provided, and we couldn't sleep at night because disturbances kept coming from outside the room while some kind of maintenance work was going on. I would strongly tell people to avoid this hotel. Very, very poor service and a deeply disappointing stay.
