Being so close to Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple was a big help, especially for early starts or going to the temple more than once. There are also plenty of good food places within walking distance. I'm not sure whether the hotel has its own restaurant, but we didn't need one. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the clean, well-kept washroom made the stay easy. Everything we needed was in place. One person seemed to be handling everything on our first day, from reception to showing us the room. That surprised us, though he was calm and polite. There were more staff the next day, so perhaps it was just the Christmas period. The simple friendliness stood out, with helpful service and genuine smiles that made us feel welcome. It was a pleasant, peaceful stay with a good room and great location, a solid choice when visiting the temple.

The room needs attention: the walls show a lot of wear and could use fresh paint. The bathroom, on the other hand, was very clean and had hot water 24/7. There's a bar on the ground floor, so expect some crowds and noise in that area, and a few vegetarian and non-veg restaurants nearby offer good food options. The hotel's biggest advantage is how close it is to Padmanabhaswamy Temple, which made sightseeing easy. Staff were incredibly helpful and polite throughout my recent stay.

Neat, clean rooms with all the amenities, and really good service. The central location makes getting around trivandrum city easy, and aatukal temple and Shree patmanapaswamy temple are very close. Definitely recommend it.

The security staff member had an arrogant attitude. Such a terrible hotel, don't even think of booking it.

It felt unsafe and more like a bar than a hotel. Drunk people were wandering around the entrance all the time. The whole experience was the worst, utter stupidity.
