Hotel Karthika Park

The main-town location is really handy, and the rates felt reasonable. I've stayed twice now, and both visits went very well. The rooms were spotless, the restaurants had very good food, and the amenities and service were excellent. Staff were warm and welcoming too.

Being close to Technopark made getting around easy, especially for work. Hotel Karthika Park in Kazhakoottam also has a relaxing, elegant feel, and the staff paid attention to details and made me feel welcome. I really enjoyed the food, with its range of dishes and rich flavors. A comfortable, pleasant place with good quality, whether you're traveling for business or leisure. I'd recommend it.

The bathroom was a letdown: there wasn't proper drainage by the bathtub, and the jacuzzi didn't work properly. We also asked for basics like bath salt, bubble bath, water bottles, and slippers, but nobody followed up. The room wasn't clean or in satisfactory condition, and the washroom hadn't been maintained well either. My recent stay at Hotel Kartika Park fell short of what we expected. I hope management improves the upkeep and guest service. Thank you.

Breakfast was organized and the food options were good, though a little more variety at breakfast would have helped. Wi-Fi, the common areas, and basic services all worked reliably. The hotel felt quiet, and the room was clean, spacious enough, and well maintained, with comfortable bedding and the essentials. Housekeeping was consistent. Getting to key areas and transport was convenient. Check-in went smoothly, and staff were professional, courteous, and responsive. I found it comfortable and well run, with good value for the money. It suits short leisure trips or business stays, and I'd consider coming back and recommending it.
