We arrived at night with my family and were told the hotel was full, even though I'd booked through OYO and paid part of the cost. We had to find another hotel. When I called OYO about a refund, they said the room had been free and they couldn't refund me. A very poor experience. Don't book here.

The bathroom was good and the AC worked, but the internet wasn't available. I reported that and got no response from the room owner. The room itself looked clean at first, though there was dust in several places, used item covers under the bed, and an unclean bedsheet.

The location is the only good thing. There was no cleanliness at all, so book at your own risk.

I was refused check-in despite showing both my original physical Aadhar card and its official DigiLocker version, which is legally recognized as equivalent to the original. It caused a lot of stress and inconvenience. The staff's refusal shows a lack of awareness of government-mandated digital ID norms, and the service felt unprofessional and insensitive. I don't recommend this place. OYO must take strict action.
