Miss glorys at the restaurant was a standout. She treated everyone equally and greeted guests with a charming smile. Her attitude and service were excellent, and she's a real asset to the hotel. Big thanks to her and her team. I stayed at Hotel horizon for the last two days in room 508. The service was excellent, and I enjoyed the complimentary buffet breakfast. The restaurant staff were superb.

The complimentary breakfast has a good range, but the taste needs work, especially the dosa and chutney. The sambar was very poor. Apart from that, all was fine. The hotel was extremely clean, with a dignified mix of corporate guests and people on vacation, and room service was very good.

We felt humiliated and insulted by the receptionist, who seemed unwilling to accommodate us and even tried to make my family and me leave in the evening. With no other choice, we went to Hotel Chaitram. The lobby and reception were by far my worst hotel experience. The staff acted as if we were at their mercy, and I can't understand why management keeps these idiots there. I've told my professional circles about it and asked them not to go to this awful hotel.

The food at Mira Restaurant's morning buffet was below my expectations, though still somewhat tolerable. The service made the visit worse. The woman I assume was the manager served coffee carelessly and spoke in a rather unpleasant tone. It didn't feel welcoming. Both the food and customer service need improvement.

The daily room care was superb during my eight-day official stay at Horizon Hotel, from October 21 to 28, 2025. They changed the sheets, pillowcases, and bathroom towels each day, keeping the room fresh and clean. The staff, especially the cleaning staff, always spoke with a nice smile. Their hospitality makes me want to stay at Horizon again.
