This is a service apartment, not a hotel. It has three floors, with three apartments and three rooms in each one. The place is 500 meters from the main road, but the street is very narrow, and I couldn’t find it without Google Maps. Only one car can pass along the street at a time. Basement parking works for 3 to 4 cars, but there’s no room for more. It seems like a newly built property intended for sale. The rooms are okay for a short stay, and OYO toiletries and a towel were provided. There’s no restaurant, and they didn’t provide drinking water, so we had to get everything from outside. The bathroom has no hanger, and there are no tables or bedside furniture. The TV and AC work.

It’s apartments for rent now, called Blueberry Appartments, and is no longer an OYO. For the area, I think these are the best budget-friendly apartments, with really good service. The caretaker, Mohanan Ji, feels like a family member. It’s a nice, quiet spot away from traffic and noise, while still being easy to reach from NH.

It’s a nice place to stay and the closest oyo to tcs trivandrum. To save money, I’d suggest booking a room for two when you arrive. You might find another tcser to share with on your way or at the oyo, if you’re lucky.

They’re friendly on the phone before you book, but staff were rude when I arrived. Room service was pathetic, and the bathroom was dirty, with no soap, towel, garbage bin, mug, or hot water. The TV didn’t work either, and there were plenty of other problems. After I’d paid the full amount, I asked why they hadn’t generated my bill and got an extremely rude response from the staff.

It looks nice and clean from outside, but the service inside was really bad. Before using the bathroom, check whether there’s water, or you’ll be in trouble 😁😁😁
